How to fill out an A.TR movement certificate

- Field 3: Recipient's full name and address (optional).

- Field 6: Import country – enter Turkey.
- Field 7: Transport details (optional).
- Field 8: Remarks – here you can make notes according to the rules for duplicate certificates and certificates issued subsequently.
- Field 9: Item number – enter the item's position number in the certificate.
- Box 10: Enter the marks, numbers, quantity and type of the packages and the trade name of the goods. If the box is not fully used, draw a horizontal line below the last line and fill in the remaining empty space.
- Field 11: Enter the gross weight or other quantity of the goods described in field 10.
- Box 12: The customs authority of the exporting country fills in this box. If you are an exporter with a special permit, you stamp the movement certificate yourself with the stamp described in your permit.
